All bedding items are UNRETURNABLE BY LAW unless they are UNOPENED AND UNUSED for reasons of health and hygiene. WE STRONGLY SUGGEST ALL CUSTOMERS MEASURE THE ITEM TO BE COVERED CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER. Product dimensions are listed on our product pages for our customers.
You must call for return authorization before returning any merchandise. MERCHANDISE RETURNED WITHOUT PROPER RETURN AUTHORIZATION WILL BE REFUSED OR RETURNED TO YOU AND NO CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.
NO RETURNS, REFUNDS, OR EXCHANGES UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. ORDERS RETURNED TO US WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION WILL BE REFUSED AND RETURNED TO THE CUSTOMER AT THE CUSTOMERS EXPENSE.
Since there are no exchanges after 14 days of purchase, please examine all products upon receipt and notify us of damaged merchandise IMMEDIATELY. If the package shows signs of damage, do not accept the shipment unless you can determine that the product inside is actually undamaged. Damaged items will be replaced for the IDENTICAL item at no cost to the customer.
Customers are responsible for securely shipping and insuring products returned to Summit Silk Bedding. We recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking so you can check the status of your return. Please allow at least 10 business days from receipt of return for credits to be issued.
