Comforter-A soft quilt used on a bed as a type of cover. It is filled with either an artificial material (such as polyester batting) or a natural material (such as silk). When a comforter is filled with feathers (often including down) it is generally referred to as a duvet.
Duvet-Usually down-filled quilt, often with a removable cover. A comforter without a cover. A quilt, usually with a washable cover, that may be used in place of a bedspread and top sheet.
Duvet Cover-A removable, washable cover to protect the duvet (comforter) and prolong its use.
Habutai Silk-This silk is soft, lightweight, and lustrous with a graceful drape and smooth surface. It was first used to line kimonos, and the word "habutai" actually means "soft & downy" in Japanese. Today, habutai is used to make everything from jacket linings to bed quilts, as well as blazers, skirts, lingerie, and more.

Silk-A luxurious and sensuous fabric, associated with wealth and success. Silk is one of the oldest textile fibers known to man. It has been used by the Chinese since the 27th century BC. Silk is the strongest natural fiber. It absorbs moisture, which makes it cool in the summer and warm in the winter. Because of its high absorbency, it is easily dyed in many deep colors. Silk retains its shape, drapes well, caresses the figure, and shimmers with a luster all its own.
